Body As of Sunday morning, the South Loup River has been dropping all week. It now is at 157 cubic-feet-per-second (cfs), down from 226 cfs last week. The Middle Loup River at St. Paul’s has dropped and risen and now is at 1,270 cfs, which is not a lot different from last Sunday.
