Building Blocks of Fun

THE LEGO GUY, Curtis Mork, visited the St. Paul Library last Wednesday for a free program for community members. Mork’s presentation was put on in collaboration with the library’s summer reading program. During his presentation, Mr. Mork explained the history and origin of Lego, presented some of his creations, and led independent creation time, during which the kids had time to build themselves. For several years now, Mr. Mork has been coming to the St. Paul Library to give presentations. Above, Asher Knapp works on his creation last week. At right, Jackson Ohde and Cooper Dvorak were two of the over 120 individuals to attend last Wednesday’s event. (Aubrie Brown)
