Family Chiropractic Center in St. Paul celebrated a milestone last week, with Wednesday, February 1st marking two decades since the practice first opened its doors in the Howard County community.

After two years on hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Howard County Medical Center’s Lunch Crunch exercise class returned to the St. Paul Civic Center on January 30th, allowing attendees of all ages to engage in “thirty minutes of movement” over lunchtime.

squad held their appreciation meal in Dannebrog on Saturday, February 4th. The meal was catered by Whitefoot Catering of Boelus.
