The Family of Rosella Hiegel would like to thank everyone for their love and support during the time of her illness and death. As of last Thursday morning, the South Loup River was at 183 cfs and the Middle Loup River had a reading of 1,230 cfs. We have an early timeline this week for the paper, and we are having Christmas on Saturday, so I’m writing this on Thursday morning.
