I don’t know about where you live, but we missed out on the rain predicted for Saturday and Sunday. I was looking forward to an inch or two. The river readings Sunday afternoon show that all three rivers are up. The South Loup River reading is eighty-six cfs, up just a few feet from last week’s 78.1. The Middle Loup River’s reading is 840 cfs, so up from the 574 cfs last Sunday. The North Loup River at St. Paul was also up with 1,120 cfs; last week, the reading was at 986 cfs. Early teal season has closed. Regular duck season opens again in October.
