Centura/Central Valley went one for three at last Saturday’s Guardian Angels Central Catholic Invitational in West Point, shutting out Milford and dropping games to Douglas County West and Seward.

The Centura volleyball team managed to make some hay in Cozad over the weekend. The Centurions won a trio of matches at the Haymakers’ annual invite to emerge as the tournament’s champions.

The St. Paul Wildcats had a strong showing at their home invitational last Thursday, with the Blue and Gold being forced to battle both extreme temperatures and tough competition in the field of seven teams.
