| Thank You |

Body
I would like to thank the Howard County Medical Center, Dr. Tomhave, and Brookfield Park Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for all of the care they have given me for six weeks; also, thanks to all of the nurses and therapy nurses and staff who were helpful and caring to me during my stay with them. Also a thank you to my kids that came from Colorado. St. Paul is very lucky to have these facilities.
