School leaders launch bond campaign
Body
As a nearly typical school day was getting underway at St. Paul Public Schools on Friday, leaders with the Howard County school district took some time to meet with members of the press as a part of the school’s push to pass a $17,975,000 bond issue. During the formal press conference, held in the office of St. Paul Superintendent Adam Patrick, district leaders walked members of the broadcast and print media, as well as several student journalists, through the steps taken by members of the St. Paul Board of Education when it came to organizing the final bond package and the areas of the school’s campus the improvements are meant to address.
