While Nebraska baseball fans were watching the Cornhuskers pack up the South Alabama Jaguars on Sunday afternoon, over fifty history and town team baseball enthusiasts viewed the recently unpacked photo collection, “Once Upon a Time.”
The American Red Cross recently recognized Richard “Richie” Nielsen of St. Paul for donating twenty-four gallons of blood. Dave and Connie Snow of St. Paul recently presented Nielsen with a certificate from the Red Cross recognizing the milestone.
Brehm’s Healthmart Pharmacy has long been known for its home decor section, especially for the seasonal decor it stocks for major holidays, like Christmas and Thanksgiving. However, over the course of the last threeand- a-half years, says Manager Kelli Platek, the decor section has grown, particularly in its selection of everyday decor.

The flow on the South Loup River was running two cfs higher than last week at 229 cfs and the Middle Loup River was down about thirty percent, to 1,280 cfs, compared to 1,850 cfs last Sunday morning.
