Despite winter storms having delayed the arrival of subcontractors to the Howard County Medical Center’s (HCMC) new wellness center earlier this month, HCMC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Arlan Johnson said last Thursday that the 17,000 square foot, eight-million-dollar project is still expected to reach culmination this spring. “We’re anticipating a May grand opening,” he said of the project.

The first in a series of televised concerts, “Omaha Symphony in Concert: Emanuel Ax,” premieres at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26th on Nebraska Public Media.
