Remember when

Body
Taken from the files of The Wolbach Messenger Ten Years Ago, 2014 The PWG Senior squad used two big innings to best Columbus Lakeview on Wednesday night on the Palmer field, posting three in the third and four in the fourth to win seven to two…Jon Simonson went the full seven innings for the winners in his best mound job of the season, allowing three hits and striking out thirteen—a team high on the schedule… Both clubs are to be commended on their sportsmanship play, and that is a tribute to the coaches, as it was American Legion-style baseball. In recent games, opponents have strayed from this behavior on the field and from the coaching areas.
