A member of St. Paul High School’s thirty-eight-member Class of 2025 was one of only two students across Nebraska to be admitted to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as freshmen this fall.

As the spring semester comes to a close, art students at Centura Public Schools have been using an upcoming art room renovation as an opportunity to let their imaginations run wild. Over the last days of the 2024–2025 academic year, about forty sixth-through- eleventh graders at the district have been using a wall marked for demolition as a canvas for a mural project aimed at engaging them with the concept of “abstract art.
