Body As of Sunday evening, the South Loup River is at 132 cfs and the Middle Loup River is at 963 cfs. Both are down from the readings last week. I’m seeing more geese than last week; I’ve not noticed any ducks. I have the tree decorated and some gifts ordered.

Webb honored with award after life-saving measure
