STUDENTS at St. Paul Elementary School had a chance to get a look at Monday’s partial solar eclipse during a special Wildcat Solar Eclipse Watch Party. The moon officially moved between the Sun and the Earth at 1:51 p.m., with between seventy and eighty percent of the Sun expected to be obscured from Earth. Students in St. Paul had prime viewing for the event, with a part in the clouds providing mainly unobstructed views. Above, Etta Ryan, Jen Meinecke, Sierra Meinecke, and Quinn Reilly pose for a selfie during Monday’s event.
