Voters in the Palmer school district will soon have an opportunity to vote on the first major improvements to Palmer Public Schools in thirty years.
On Monday evening, the Palmer Board of Education passed a resolution to place a $13,995,000 bond before voters.

It’s a wrap! The 2023 Christmas Cheer campaign ended on Friday, the 22nd of December with distribution of gifts. This year, oragnizers were able to help twenty- one families, which included thirty-nine children.

As of Friday morning, the South Loup River was at 235 cfs and the Middle Loup River’s reading at 1,710 cfs, both up quite a bit from last week. Life on the Loup, I’m seeing eagles, geese, a few rabbits, and, on the game cameras, coyotes and deer.
