GCA Days fun on tap for this weekend in St. Paul

Body Those who are willing to brave the summer swelter this weekend will not be at a loss for things to do locally, as both St. Paul’s annual Grover Cleveland Alexander (GCA) Days celebration and the Howard County Fair will be coming to the area in the next few days.

Body Here we are in July already. We have had some nice rains again this past week. The rivers have gone up and down. As of Monday morning, the South Loup River was on its way down, peaking at 920 cfs on July 2nd. It is reading 476 cfs now.
