Fraud investigation results in arrest

Body A woman accused of committing fraud in several area counties was arrested by officers with the St. Paul Police Department (SPPD) in early March following an occurance at Jacobs Ford in St. Paul earlier this year.

During these competitions, teams complete programming challenges throughout the day. There were twenty-two teams present at this competition from all over the world.
