Body After two years on hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Howard County Medical Center’s Lunch Crunch exercise class returned to the St. Paul Civic Center on January 30th, allowing attendees of all ages to engage in “thirty minutes of movement” over lunchtime.
