Body
Ten Years Ago, 2013 It comes as no surprise to residents that 2012 was a very dry year in St. Paul. The National Weather Service rain guage in St. Paul recorded 13.60 inches of precipitation and twenty- one inches of snow for the year. Normal in the area is around twenty-six inches of moisture, so St. Paul received a little over half of what is considered normal…The area received about thirty-five inches of moisture in 2011, well above average.
