Home decor a growing feature at local pharmacy

Brehm’s Healthmart Pharmacy has long been known for its home decor section, especially for the seasonal decor it stocks for major holidays, like Christmas and Thanksgiving. However, over the course of the last threeand- a-half years, says Manager Kelli Platek, the decor section has grown, particularly in its selection of everyday decor.

I went for a walk on Sunday morning to the river. It looked low to me, and the reading of the Middle Loup River indicated that. The flow on the South Loup River was running two cfs higher than last week at 229 cfs and the Middle Loup River was down about thirty percent, to 1,280 cfs, compared to 1,850 cfs last Sunday morning.

Taken from the files of The Wolbach Messenger Ten Years Ago, 2014 On Tuesday, March 11th, the Greeley-Wolbach/ North Loup-Scotia FFA chapter sent members to district livestock judging at Ord to compete against 600 other FFA members. Results for high school teams were excellent, with three teams qualifying for state.

New Aesthetic Clinic providing services in St. Paul

Howard County Medical Center’s (HCMC) certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), Chad Miller, has been a core component of the rural access hospital’s patient care for the last three years. Whatever procedure a patient is being prepared for, if anesthesia is being administered— whether the form of medical intervention is a general anesthesia, ultrasound guided regional anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, or something else—the odds are that Miller is the person administering it.

Busch happy to have served

On Saturday, March 9th, while the Heartland Public Shooting Park hosted its annual NE YESS competition, Tom Busch was busy patrolling the 420-acre shooting park on a side-by-side as part of his new job managing the institution on behalf of Hornady Manufacturing, Inc. Hornady took over operations of the Grand Island institution earlier this year.
