During a ceremony held at the St. Paul City Hall on the afternoon of Thursday, July 6th, Mathew Sample, the latest addition to the St. Paul Police Department (SPPD), was officially sworn in and awarded his badge as a non-certified conditional officer (NCO) of the local department.
SPPS board okays switch to semester grading
