On May 27th, Dave and Barbara Tuma enjoyed dinner in Kearney with Rob and Sandy Rucilez and Logan Renkin, all of Kearney. In the evening, Dave and Barbara attended Caden Moderow’s baseball game in Cairo.

The South Loup River on Monday morning had a discharge of 223 cubic feet per second, with a height of 2.50 feet. The Middle Loup River’s discharge was 1,430 cubic feet per second, with a height of 1.75 feet. The river is going up from the rains we recently received.

Central Community College and the University of Nebraska-Kearney have entered a unique residential housing partnership. Beginning in fall 2022, the CCC/UNK Residential Housing Program will allow CCC students studying at the Kearney Center to live in UNK’s Randall/ Mantor hall or Centennial Towers.
