As of Sunday evening, the South Loup River is at 132 cfs and the Middle Loup River is at 963 cfs. Both are down from the readings last week. I’m seeing more geese than last week; I’ve not noticed any ducks. I have the tree decorated and some gifts ordered. It wasn’t until I made peanut brittle that Shawn said it’s starting to feel like Christmas.

CLUB CONTINUES WRAPPING PROJECT

With Christmas fast approaching, members of the St. Paul Rotary Interact Club once again took to the St. Paul Public Schools’ (SPPS) elementary gym for Interact Gift Wrapping. For the second iteration of the now annual event, members of the local Interact Club had set up in the gym for two Sundays in the month of December—on December 3rd and December 10th—raising over $300 for the club’s annual Winter Ball in January.
