Wayne Releases Dean’s List

Body Wayne State College included 1,190 students on the dean’s list for exemplary academic achievement during the spring 2022 semester. Students listed on the dean’s list are fulltime undergraduate students who have achieved a GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale for the semester.

Body Friday afternoon, I was driving down a main thoroughfare while running an errand in town when I was forced to slam on my brakes and make an unplanned pit stop. There, along the side of one of the town’s busiest streets, was a gaggle of kids hawking lemonade to passing motorists.

New Veterinary Practice Established in Howard County

Body A little over a month ago, a new mixed-animal veterinary clinic opened in Howard County. Located just east of Highway 281 about midway between St. Paul and St. Libory, at 663 8th Avenue, Gage Valley Veterinary Clinic sits on the southwestern edge of the eponymous Gage Valley.
