Council Sees Progress at Apartment Bldg.

Body Two weeks after the St. Paul City Council voted to officially determine that the apartment building at 108 Howard Avenue was a nuisance, municipal leaders have started to see some progress from the property owners.

Body The Wolbach Cemetery received a $20 donation in memory of Jens Nielsen from Lori and Dewey Dilsaver..

Splash Pad, Playground Projects Move Forward

Body The longstanding effort to build a splashpad in the Wolbach community took a few steps forward in the month of June, with a new committee being formed aimed at overseeing not only this project but also efforts to replace old playground equipment at the community’s parks.

American Legion Family Meets

Body The Ray Mapes American Legion family met on June 21st at the Legion. Present at the meeting were eight Legion/ Sons and five Auxiliary members.

Northeast Community Graduates Recognized

Body Northeast Community College celebrated the success of its graduates this spring. The college held three commencement ceremonies recently in the Cox Activities Center on the Norfolk campus.
