The family of Marilyn Placke would like to thank the nurses and doctor who reacted so quickly at the church and the St. Libory EMTs for your response. Father Sid for his words of comfort, the quick praying of the Rosary, and the change of the Mass intention at the last moment. Father Dave, thanks for coming to see Mom so often. To Father Janovec for being a co-concelebrant. Deacon (Uncle) Don for the special memories, we needed the laughs. The Catholic Daughters for their prayers. The grandchildren for being part of the Mass and the Altar Society for serving the great meal. The family and friends who sent food, memorials, Mass intentions, and shared our sorrow at the visitation and funeral. A big thank you to Lena and everyone at Gentle Hands who helped Mom be able to stay at home. A very special thank you to Todd and Cindy, Riley and Katlynn of Peters Funeral Home for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.
