As of Monday morning, with the rain—thank you, Lord—over the weekend, the river flows are up. The South Loup River is at 192 cubic feet per second (cfs), the Middle Loup River at 1,720 cfs, and the North Loup River’s reading by St. Paul was 947 cfs. We finally have a picture of a buck that I will be sitting in a deer blind and hope to see, even if I don’t have a shot at him.
