Donna was born September 4,1932, in Elba, the daughter of Henry and Alta (Klein) Harvey.

She attended St. Paul High School and received her diploma from American School of Chicago.

She loved attending her class reunions.

On September 10, 1949, Donna married Albert Eugene “Dick” Dobish, son of George and Mary (Lanka) Dobish. Their union was blessed with two daughters, Diana and Denise.

Dick and Donna owned the Dobish Garage where Donna managed the bookkeeping. She also worked in the kitchen at St. Paul Public Schools for many years.

Donna was a very active member of the First Presbyterian Church of St. Paul. She was a choir member, Sunday school teacher, taught youth sewing classes, maintained the sewing machines, helped prepare and serve Mission and Thanksgiving meals, and was a deacon.

She was an avid Husker fan, enjoyed vacations with family, Women’s Champion National bowling league, casino games, bingo, and dancing to polkas and big band music. Many weekends were spent relaxing at their cabin on the river with family and dear friends.
