Ronald “Ron” E. Swanson, 77, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, with his family by his side, at Arbor Care Center in Fullerton.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, October 22, 2023, with a visitation one hour prior to the service at Jacobsen- Greenway-Dietz Funeral Home in St.

Paul. Interment was in the Elmwood Cemetery in St. Paul. Pastor Daniel Bear officiated. Kaleena Smith and Rachel Bear were the musicians. Music selections included “You Are My Sunshine,” “The Old Rugged Cross,” and “Fishing With Dad.” Pallbearers included Marvin Swanson, Jewell Howell, Paige Swanson, Logan Swanson, Cole Swanson, and Macy Swanson. Honorary pallbearers included Devin Swanson, Dayna Brown, Jaimey Swanson, Luca Swanson, Isaac Swanson, Bailey Swanson, Alexandra Ferebee, Andriana Ferebee, and Bradey Swanson. Military Honors were provided by the Carl Mogensen American Legion Club Post 119, and the Navy Honor Guard.
