Janice “Jan” K. Derner, 70, of St. Paul, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at the Howard County Medical Center in St. Paul. A celebration of Jan’s life was held on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Life Center. Honorary Pallbearers included McKenna, Mason, Caleb, Ryder, Will, Cassie, Jared, Jenna, Joel, Amber, Zach, and Braxton. A private inurnment was held in the Elmwood Cemetery at St. Paul. Jacobsen-Greenway- Dietz Funeral Home in St. Paul assisted the family. Memorials are suggested to the family for later designations.

Cynthia “Cindy” R. Benson, 47, of Grand Island (formerly of Dannebrog), died on Saturday, December 9, 2023 in Grand Island.

A handsome man with a warm heart and playful personality, Dennis J. Meston passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on November 18, 2023.

Rexey “Rex” Allen Gunnerson, 83, of St. Paul, (formerly of Gothenburg), passed away peacefully on December 1, 2023, surrounded by his family, at the Grand Island Regional Medical Center in Grand Island.

Clint Edward Hebbert, 61, of Ashby, died on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the University Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, surrounded by family and friends. Clint and his family lived four years and four months following a Stage 4 esophageal cancer diagnosis.
