Windy Weather Doesn’t Hamper Centurions’ Effort
The field wasn’t deep at the Ravenna Invitational Track Meet last weekend, but that didn’t mean that the athletes who took to the oval and the field in northern Buffalo County weren’t able to stitch together some impressive performances.
On a windy Thursday afternoon, Centura joined four other schools for the Bluejays’ annual invite, and Centura finished the competition with a pair of top-three finishes.
In the girls’ competition, the Centurions ended up snagging runner-up honors, with the Burgundy and Gray scoring 124 points for second place.
