WORK has continued on the new picnic shelter and musical instrument playground at the St. Paul City Park. The project, which is part of the City of St. Paul’s ongoing park improvement program, was wrapped up late last year, with the city still awaiting the arrival of the proper mounting brackets for the new instrumental playground.
