THE HOWARD COUNTY 4-H COUNCIL would like to recognize the 49 County Clovers 4-H Club for earning the Hands for Larger Service Award, sponsored by the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA). The club received this award for constructing the gaga ball pit at the Howard County Fairgrounds. This project demonstrates the club’s commitment to service learning, youth and community engagement, and the promotion of safe recreation.
