On December 17th, Heritage of St. Paul, Inc. gave the Heritage Living Center Property to the City of St. Paul…in a ceremony at Brookefield Park, [President Jack] Vetter’s new facility in St. Paul. Vetter noted that the facility is sound, but no longer worked as a nursing home.
