On Sunday, at about 8:30 in the evening, I checked the river flows. The South Loup was at 308 cfs, at 4:00 p.m. it was 262 cfs and the Middle Loup River was at 1,860 cfs, down from 1,900 cfs at 7:45. As it is still raining, I think the flows will fluctuate more tonight and maybe tomorrow. On…
