A new women’s boutique opened the start of this month in St. Paul, Sal’s Shoppe. The shoppe, which sells clothing for teenagers and up in sizes small through 3x, operates out of the west side of the Jorgensen Electric building on Sixth Street, just off of Howard Avenue.
