Addresses again garner St. Paul council’s attention

A year after officials with the St. Paul Volunteer Fire Department approached city leaders about possibly passing a resolution requiring property owners in the municipality’s corporate limits to properly display their addresses, the issue once again appeared before the St. Paul City Council.
