Major Award from Miller Fund to Aid SPPS Art Department

The Chester D. and Elda F. Miller Fund recently approved recipients of its 2023 grant and scholarship awards, naming among their grant beneficiaries all three Howard County schools and the St. Paul Community Library. Twenty-seven scholarships were approved to area students.
