Helton builds on experience in new role at library

After several months as interim library director, Kelli Helton is now the official leader of the St. Paul Library. Helton’s appointment follows her approval by the St. Paul Library Board at a regular meeting this July and by a subsequent vote of the St. Paul City Council on September 26th.
