Following forty-five years, Smith to retire

The better part of five decades since founding Smith Welding, Inc. in St. Paul, Kelvin Smith is retiring.

Smith has lived and worked in Howard County for forty-five years, since buying the Wendell Davis Welding Shop and founding Smith Welding in St. Paul in March 1981.
