Following delays due to weather, water park opens

Last Friday, May 30th, after a slew of weather-related delays, the St. Paul Water Park opened for the summer season. The park had been initially slated to open on May 23rd, but frequent cool weather and spouts of rain kept the pool doors closed for a week.
