Council okays amended street improvement plan

The St. Paul City Council approved over twenty- eight-million dollars in road work to be placed on the city’s One- and Six-Year Street Improvement Plan last week, but outside of a small sliver already in progress, a majority of those projects will remain on the drawing board for years to come.
