WORK continues on the City of St. Paul’s new tennis/pickleball courts on Elm Street. On Monday, crews were busy setting the poles for the fencing for the project, which is being funded through a grant from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development’s (NDED) Rural Community Recovery Program.
