EPS student has winning entry in snowplow contest
Nebraska Plow Truck 26014, a Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) snowplow out of St. Paul driven by Jeff Ogard, was rechristened last week, becoming Bill Nye the Frosty Guy.
